Returns

If you’d like to return an item:
    •    Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
    •    Items may be used or tried
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping
    •    Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to the original form of payment

To start a return:
Email us at shop@wackywalkr.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please include either your packing slip or a small note with your order number inside the return package.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

    •    Include your order number and a photo of the issue
